Eskimo Hvac & R Systems

Our office is in the Hindi Prachar Sabha Building, which is on Street No. 10 in Khairatabad. The address is 6-2-960/1. It's a solid building and we have been here for quite some time now. Working on HVAC systems and refrigeration is our main focus. Most of the day is spent handling technical details and talking to people who need their systems looked at. Khairatabad is a central part of the city, so it’s easy for us to get around from here. The office itself isn’t much to look at. A few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of technical catalogs are lying around. It feels like a normal, everyday workplace. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, we start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad. The building has its own rhythm and we are just one part of it. Sometimes things get a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment coming in or going out. We just manage with the space we have. Paperwork is kept track of by hand mostly. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local business trying to keep things moving. Relationships with the people who come to us are important. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. We stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us.
