Being out here in IDA Jeedimetla means we are surrounded by all kinds of industries, but we mostly focus on the die and mould side of things. Our place at Plot No. 9 and 10B is pretty much what you’d expect from a workshop in this part of Ranga Reddy district. It’s loud, it’s often hot, and there is always something being milled or ground down. We’ve got a team that has been with us for years, and they know the machines better than they know their own kitchens. We don’t use any of those big corporate words to describe what we do. We just make the blocks of metal into the shapes our customers need for their plastic or casting work. The IV Phase Extension is a busy area, so there’s always trucks moving around and people coming in and out. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, then it’s back to the precision work. Making moulds isn't something you can rush, even if people are always in a hurry. We just put our heads down and handle the drawings they bring us. If the measurements are off by even a tiny bit, the whole thing is useless, so we have to stay focused even when it's noisy outside. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep the lights on and the tools sharp.
