We are over on Road Number 36, specifically at the Veda Ark building on the third floor. It’s Plot 1217/A. If you know Shaikpet and the Jubilee Hills area, you know how busy this road gets. There are always cars and bikes zooming past. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We spend our days here at Envirya Realty dealing with all sorts of property matters. It’s not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who just know the area well. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad for years, so we’ve seen how Road 36 has changed from a quiet stretch to what it is now. The office is comfortable enough, nothing too over the top. We have our computers and a small area to sit and talk. Usually, the tea guy comes by in the afternoon and that’s our big break. We don’t go for the corporate talk or fancy brochures. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can help them out with a piece of land or a flat. It can be a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We keep pretty regular hours, though sometimes we’re out at sites during the day. It's just a regular local business trying to stay on top of the work and making sure we don't miss any calls.
