Empower Overseas Education Services

You can find us at house number 5-3-148 in Hyderabad. We’re in a part of town that’s seen a lot of changes over the years. Empower Overseas Education Services isn’t a huge operation. It’s mostly just us sitting in a converted space with some maps on the wall and a few old computers. We help people figure out how to get to school in other countries, but we do it in a very low-key way. There’s no big sales talk here. Usually, it’s just a student or a parent sitting across from us, worried about forms and visas. We drink a lot of chai while we go over the paperwork. The building itself is an older Hyderabad style, so it has some character, even if the pipes are a bit noisy. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just walk in because they heard about us from a cousin or a neighbor. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have a decent fan. We just try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn’t. It’s a lot of reading and checking dates. We’ve helped a fair number of local kids move on to bigger things, which is nice to see. We just keep at it, one application at a time, right here in our little corner of the city. It’s quiet work, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
