Ellis Properties Llp

Our place, Ellis Properties Llp, is situated at Plot No. 15/53 in Sri Lakshmi Nagar. This is over in the Mansoorabad area of LB Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s not as crazy as the main market roads, which we like. The office is quite basic. We have a few tables, some plastic chairs, and a cupboard full of files that we probably need to organize better. We spend our days looking into property matters around this part of the city. Being in LB Nagar means we are close to a lot of growing areas, so there is always something to keep us busy. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us working together. We talk to people who are looking for a bit of help with their property documents or just want to know what a piece of land is worth these days. Sometimes we go out to look at sites, which means getting dusty and dealing with the heat. We don’t use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just tell it like it is and do the work that is in front of us. It is an honest living, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Sri Lakshmi Nagar. Most of our neighbors know us, and we like that casual atmosphere in our daily work. It feels right to be here.
