Ellaa Compass Suites

We’re located at House No. 4775 in the Mig Ase-Ii area of B H E L, R.C. Puram. It’s a part of Hyderabad that’s a bit further out, 500 032. This house is where we manage the suites we have. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office environment. We spend our time here dealing with guest lists and room management. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the suites. The neighborhood is mostly people working at the nearby BHEL, so it’s a familiar and friendly kind of place. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but that’s just how it is here in this part of town. We have a few desks set up in the main rooms for the team. It’s not very polished; there are stacks of papers and some old equipment here and there. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor or fancy furniture. We just want to make sure the suites are taken care of and the guests have what they need. Most of us have been around this area for years. We handle the bookings and the maintenance schedules from here on a daily basis. It gets a bit busy during the week when business travelers are coming through the area. We just take it one day at a time, making sure things are sorted. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us and the people we serve.
