You can find our office at 8-2-293/82, Road No 92 in Film Nagar, which is part of the Jubilee Hills area. It is a decent spot to work from, though finding a parking space can be a real struggle during the middle of the day. Elemental Realty Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle various real estate matters for the local neighborhood. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the documents, site surveys, and folders we have to keep track of. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who know the Jubilee Hills streets quite well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people to talk about land and houses. Some days the heat is quite bad and we just stay inside catching up on all the admin work that piles up. We have watched Film Nagar change quite a bit over the years as more people have moved into the area. Our setup is pretty basic because we prefer to spend our time out at the actual properties rather than sitting behind a desk all day. We try to be direct with people and not sugarcoat things when they are looking for a new place. It is a lot of work to keep everything organized, but we have been doing this long enough that we have a system that mostly works for us.
