Edenpark Hotels Private Limited, New Delhi

The office is tucked away in Erragadda. Specifically, we are at Panduranganagar, House Number 9-81/65/1. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here compared to the big commercial blocks in other parts of Hyderabad. Even though the name of the company mentions New Delhi, this is where the local work happens every day. Gowri Kumar handles a lot of the bits and pieces here. It’s mostly administrative things for the hotels. We spend a lot of time on the computer or making calls to coordinate stuff. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place in a regular neighborhood. We have the usual office setup—chairs that could be more comfortable and stacks of ledgers that never seem to get shorter no matter how much we work. The 500018 area is quite active, so there is always noise from the street, bikes passing by, and neighbors talking outside. It’s not like those fancy glass buildings you see in Hitech City. We prefer it this way though, it feels more real and grounded. Sometimes we have meetings in the small front room, and other times we are just trying to fix the printer for the third time in a week. It’s just us here, keeping the records straight and making sure the backend of the business doesn’t fall apart. It is a lot of coordination between different cities, which keeps us on our toes most of the day until we finally lock up and head home.
