We are located on the ground floor at 3-6-196 on the Himayat Nagar Main Road. It’s a very busy spot. We are right above the Hdfc Bank. There is always a crowd or a line of cars outside. Hyderabad traffic can be a lot. Being on the main road makes it easy for people to find us, but parking is a headache. Inside the office, things are usually moving fast. We have folders everywhere. The printer is almost always running. People come in with many questions about schools and visas. We just sit down at the desks and go through the forms one by one. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the bank customers and the traffic constantly. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas. We just have some sturdy chairs for whoever is waiting. The staff knows the neighborhood well. We often grab lunch from the small places nearby. Our days are filled with checking dates and making sure all the signatures are in the right boxes. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork. That is just the nature of helping people get their documents in order. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re in a movie. We just do the work. The tea is always cold by the time we drink it.
