Econess Realty is based up on the fifth floor of Surya Towers. That’s on S P Road in Secunderabad. It’s an old part of the city, and the building has been around for quite a while. We like it because it feels solid and central. Getting to work involves navigating the S P Road traffic, which is never fun, but we’re used to it by now. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a view of the city from the fifth floor, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer. We handle property stuff, mostly just helping people figure out what’s available or getting the right papers signed. There are a few of us here, and we’ve known each other a long time. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits shouting into headsets. We just go through our tasks, talk to the folks who come in, and try to stay organized. Secunderabad has its own vibe compared to the newer parts of Hyderabad, and we prefer it that way. It’s more grounded. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s just part of being here. We don't have a big fancy sign or a receptionist out front. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It's a straightforward place where we do our daily work without much fuss.
