Ec-Manage India Pvt Ltd operates out of the Arun Residency in Jaffer Ali Bagh. Our office is in flat number 104, and the place is managed by K. Shailaja. Since we are in Somajiguda, we are right in the heart of a very busy part of Hyderabad. However, being inside a residency building means it is a bit quieter than being right on the main road. The office is basically a converted apartment. It has that lived-in feel, which is actually quite nice compared to a cold office block. We do management work, which involves a lot of computer time and keeping track of various business records. There are a few of us working here, and we mostly just sit at our desks and get on with it. We don't have any big signs outside, so you have to look for the building name and then find flat 104. It’s a very low-key setup. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a big boardroom, just a kitchen table where we sometimes sit and talk about what needs to be done. It’s a simple way to run a company. We know the security guard at the gate and the other people who live in the building. It feels more like being part of a small community than working for a big corporation. We just focus on doing our work correctly every day.
