Dreamconnect Realty Private Limited

We’re over here at Takara Basti in Ashok Nagar, right on RP Road in Secunderabad. It’s a busy spot, and Dreamconnect Realty Private Limited has been tucked away in this H.No. 7-2-421 house for a while now. Most days it is just us answering the phones and keeping track of who is looking for a place or trying to sell one. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just some desks and some files. People walk in from the street sometimes asking about rents or how the land prices are doing around here lately. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it. We mostly deal with local folks from the neighborhood. It is not always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets stuck or people change their minds at the last minute. We try to keep things simple and just tell it like it is. If a place has a leak or the papers are a bit messy, we say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are because everyone finds out eventually anyway. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know the shortcuts and which shops are good. It’s just a regular local business trying to get through the week and help people find a decent roof over their heads without too much fuss or trouble.
