Our office for Dream Santorinidream Santorini Resorts Llp is tucked away on the first floor at H. No:8-2-611/1/2 on Road No.11 in Banjara Hills. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, we know. We spend most of our time here managing the resort details and making sure the guests have what they need. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and guest logs everywhere. It’s not one of those shiny corporate spaces you see in magazines, it’s a working office where things actually happen. We’ve got a small team and everyone wears a lot of hats. One minute someone is answering the phone and the next they are out the door to check on a supplier. Banjara Hills is a great place to be based but the traffic on Road 11 can be a nightmare during rush hour. We often find ourselves staying a bit later just to avoid the worst of it. We don't really have a big fancy sign out front, just the address. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the resorts are running like they should be. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we figure it out as we go. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and have learned that being flexible is the only way to survive in the business.
