Our place is over at Plot 115 in Kavuri Hills, right near the edge of Jubilee Hills. It is a good location for what we do, which is managing resort properties. Our office is at 1-62/1, and it is usually full of site photos and various files. We have been working in this part of Hyderabad for quite some time now. It is not always easy work, especially when you are trying to coordinate between different locations that are far apart. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to check on how things are looking at the actual resorts. The traffic around here can be a real headache, so we try to get our traveling done as early as possible. Our team is small and most of us have known each other for years. We do not really have a strict corporate hierarchy; everyone just chips in where they are needed at the moment. Sometimes that means I am filing papers in the office, and other times I am out meeting a contractor to talk about a renovation. We just want to make sure the resorts are in good shape and the visitors are happy with their stay. We do not use big words or any fancy talk. We just tell it like it is and keep working. It is a practical business built on showing up and doing the job every single day.
