You can find us in Madhapur, specifically at Kavuri Hills Phase 1. Our office is Flat 301 in that building on Plot 112. It’s a good spot because it’s close to everything in this part of Hyderabad, but it still feels a bit more like a neighborhood than the big IT parks. We’ve been operating Dev Estates & Ventures from here for a while. It's not a huge setup, just a regular office floor where we keep our files and meet people. Most mornings start with checking the new listings and seeing who called overnight. Madhapur is always humming with people, so there's always something happening right outside our window. We don't bother with expensive decor or anything like that. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, especially if we have a few visitors, but we make it work. The elevator in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we usually just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We mostly talk to people about land and houses in the surrounding areas. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We know the local layout pretty well because we spend so much time walking the plots. If you’re around Kavuri Hills, you’ve probably walked past us without even realizing it. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
