Design Engineer

Design Engineer is based out of Plot Number 79 in Hastinapuram Central, Phase-2. This is right on N. S. Road in Hyderabad. I’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and it’s a pretty standard setup for a small engineering business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of what I do involves sitting at the drafting table or the computer and figuring out how things should be built. The office is right here in a local neighborhood, so it feels very grounded. People in Hastinapuram usually know the area well, so finding Phase-2 isn't too hard. I chose this location because it's convenient and doesn't have the high overhead costs of a downtown office. That allows me to just focus on the engineering side of things. Sometimes it gets a little dusty with the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is here. My day usually starts early and ends late, depending on what projects are sitting on my desk. I don’t use a lot of fancy jargon when I talk to people. I just explain what needs to be done for their design and then I go ahead and do it. If you’re looking for a shiny corporate lobby, you won’t find it here. It is just a workspace with a lot of papers and some old coffee mugs.
