Design Arc Consultancy

You’ll find us on the third floor of a building in Green Park Colony, Karmanghat. The address is H.No 8-8-469/A, Road Number 3. We are right opposite the Mega Function Hall. It’s a landmark that most people know. We do consultancy work for design, which basically means we help people figure out how to plan their buildings or rooms. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical drawings. The office isn't anything special, just a place to work and meet people. We have a lot of samples of flooring and wood finishes scattered around. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how it is when you’re busy. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just local people who know a bit about construction and design. A lot of our time is spent on the phone, talking to vendors or checking on site progress. It can be a bit of a headache when things don't go according to plan, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We stay in the Karmanghat area because it’s where we started and where most of our clients are. We don't do much advertising. People just see our board or hear about us from someone else. We just try to stay practical and give people drawings that they can actually use to build something. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going every day.
