You can find us at House Number 12-2-74/A in the J.P. Nagar Colony, which is part of Bharath Nagar here in Hyderabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so the institute is basically in a converted house. This gives it a very different feel than a big college campus. We have rooms set aside for different things, and students are always coming and going through the front gate. The address 500018 is our little corner of the city. Most mornings start with cleaning up the classrooms and getting the supplies ready for the practical sessions. Since it’s a hotel management place, we are always talking about food, service, and how to keep things tidy, but the office itself is often a bit cluttered with student records and textbooks. The kitchen area gets pretty hot when everyone is practicing their cooking skills. Outside, the colony is usually quiet, but you hear the vegetable sellers passing by and the neighbors talking. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people in a relatively small space, it can get a bit chaotic by midday. We don't have a big cafeteria, so most of us just eat at our desks or go out to the local shops nearby. It’s a very hands-on environment where we are just trying to teach the basics and help the students move on to their next step in the industry. It's a busy place.
