Cushman & Wakefield

Our office for Cushman & Wakefield is tucked away in Hemavati Apartment, specifically at H-201. We are located on Street No.8 in the Habsiguda area. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment building rather than a standard commercial block, but it makes the place feel more personal. We have a decent setup inside where we handle all our business. Habsiguda is a lively place to be, with plenty of things happening all the time. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet in the apartment, which is good when we need to concentrate on the numbers and the market data. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. We aren't the type to have big, flashy signs everywhere. We just have our name on the door and get to work. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a struggle, but we manage. Being at Cushman & Wakefield here means we see a different side of the city than the big corporate offices downtown. We deal with real estate and property matters in a very hands-on way. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just look at what’s available, talk to the owners, and try to make things work for everyone involved. It’s a steady kind of job, and we enjoy the routine of being here in Hemavati Apartment.
