Coriander - Hotel Angel Park

Our place is called Coriander, and you can find us inside Hotel Angel Park. The address is 10-1-18/1-3 in the Masab Tank area of Hyderabad, 500028. We are pretty easy to find if you look for the Jawaharlal Nehru Fine Arts University, we’re right opposite that. Also, the Golconda Hotel is just in front of us since we are tucked behind it. It's a busy part of the city. We have a lot of students and office workers coming in. The dining room isn't huge, but we make it work. I've been working here for a few years now, and it's always interesting to see who walks through the door. We do a lot of takeout orders too, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is in a rush. The kitchen can get really hot and loud, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the usual tables and some pictures on the walls. We try to keep things simple with the food and the service. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the market was short that morning. It happens. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot in Masab Tank. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure people have a place to sit. It’s a straightforward job and we like being part of the neighborhood.
