Corecareers Private Ltd. is based over in Chandanagar, Hyderabad. Our office is Flat No: G2 in the Vijaya Poojitha Residency. We are right across from the Hanuman Temple in the Gangaram area. It’s a nice landmark to have because everyone knows where the temple is. We’ve been working out of this ground-floor flat for a while. It’s a quiet building mostly, except during festival times when the temple across the street gets very busy and full of music. We do recruitment and career consulting. That means we spend a lot of time talking to people about their jobs and looking at what they’re good at. We have a few computers and some chairs for when people come to visit. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We just keep it simple and focus on the work. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. The staff here are all local and we’ve known each other for a bit. Chandanagar has grown so much lately, but our little corner near the temple stays pretty much the same. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from someone else. It’s a decent way to run a business. We try to be helpful and just give honest advice to whoever walks through the door. We've been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood now.
