Cookies Cart

Our place is at Door No. 1858 in Prashant Nagar. The stadium is the main landmark nearby, and we are really close to it. It’s a small operation, mostly centered around the cart and the ovens. We aren't an industrial bakery. Just a few of us bake cookies throughout the day. When a game happens at the stadium, the whole street packs with people and the noise picks up. That energy is actually quite nice. Much of our time goes into measuring flour and sugar or checking the heat in the back. The kitchen gets really hot during the afternoons. Fancy marketing slogans and corporate offices don't belong here. It’s just an honest place where things get baked and put out for the neighbors. Sometimes the cookies vary in size because everything is done by hand. To us, that seems fine. People in Prashant Nagar like them well enough. Nothing too complicated happens here. We just keep the cart clean and try not to burn the batches. We’ve been at this door number for a while and the locals know our faces. Building an empire isn't the goal. We just want to keep the ovens running and see our regulars every day. Spending time surrounded by the smell of baking in the neighborhood is a good way to live. It is enough for us. We enjoy the work at Door No. 1858.
