Comms Compass Private Limited is located in the Avani block at Green Grace apartments. We are in unit 706, which is quite high up. Being near Oakridge International School means the roads around here get really packed when school lets out. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a lived-in feel. It’s not like those cold, glass-walled offices you see in movies. We have our desks set up in the main rooms. We do a lot of communication work, which involves heaps of emails and phone calls throughout the day. The view from the seventh floor is one of the better parts of working here, especially in the evening. We started this company because we had some experience and wanted to work for ourselves. It’s a small operation with just a handful of us. Things can get a little messy with papers and coffee mugs everywhere when we’re in the middle of a big project. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days it’s just casual. The internet can be a bit patchy sometimes, which is a headache, but we make it work. It’s a comfortable enough spot in Khajaguda. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the week. No big corporate speeches here, just regular people working for a living.
