Comfy Estates is located over at Plot Number 30 in Guttala Begumpet. It's right in that Serilingampally area, which is always changing these days. We’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around Shaikpet lately, but we stay tucked away in our little corner. The address says Banjara Hills too, which covers a lot of ground around here. Our office isn't some glass skyscraper. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our time looking at maps and checking listings. It can get a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but we keep the fans going. Most of us live within a few kilometers, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the Hyderabad traffic. Dealing with real estate means a lot of driving around, so we aren't always at our desks. When we are, we’re mostly answering the phone or catching up on emails. It's a small team here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just know the local streets and who owns what plot. If someone asks for a recommendation for lunch nearby, we probably have three or four spots ready. It’s a simple way of working. We deal with people one on one, no big meetings or long speeches. Just regular work for regular folks trying to find their way in the property market. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to finish up.
