We are over in Huda Heights, specifically at Plot 26 on Road 12 in Banjara Hills. Most days it’s pretty busy around here with all the traffic coming through Khairatabad. Our office is in a spot that’s easy to find once you know the landmark, though the house numbering can be a bit of a headache for delivery drivers sometimes. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, working out of this part of Hyderabad. It’s a decent area, really lively. Most of us grew up around Telangana or have lived here long enough that the humidity doesn’t bother us much anymore. We handle things related to property here at CleverProp. It's not a massive operation, just a few of us sitting at our desks trying to get the paperwork sorted and talking to people who drop by. Usually, we have tea around four. The building itself is okay, nothing too fancy but it does the job for what we need. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but that's just how it goes in this part of town. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the Huda Heights signs. We are usually here from morning until the evening. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with suits and fancy presentations. It's mostly just phone calls, spreadsheets, and meeting folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. It gets loud outside sometimes but inside it’s mostly quiet work.
