Cisco-Webex Technology Group

Being based in Flat-601 at Vishal Residency gives us a bit of a different perspective on things. Brahman Wadi is a busy little pocket of Begumpet, and we’re right in the middle of it. Cisco-Webex Technology Group might sound like a big name, but here on the sixth floor, it’s mostly just us and a bunch of computer screens. Hyderabad traffic is always audible from down below, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get through the narrow lanes. The apartment itself is comfortable enough, though we’ve definitely filled it up with cables and extra monitors over the months. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time making tea and talking about whatever project is currently giving us a headache. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’re basically walking into our workspace. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting around a lot, chatting with the neighbors. It feels like a community here more than a cold business district. We like being tucked away in Begumpet because it’s central but still feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live. We just keep our heads down and handle the tech stuff day by day without much fuss, making sure the internet connection stays solid so we can keep working on our tasks.
