Chinmaya High School Malkajgiri

Our school is over in Malkajgiri, right on the street called Chinmaya Marg. It is a short walk from the main road, located in a spot known as Mirzalguda. We have been at the address 16-139 for many years now, and the building has seen a lot of kids grow up. Since it is a high school, things can get pretty loud during the lunch breaks and before the first bell. We do not have a giant staff, but we all know each other well. We spend most of our time dealing with class schedules, school uniforms, and making sure the rooms are tidy. It is a simple way of running things. We do not use much in the way of fancy gadgets or expensive technology. We just stick to the basic ways of teaching and learning. The neighborhood around the school is mostly residential and fairly quiet, which is helpful when students are trying to focus. We have a small playground area, though it is not very big. The main gate stays open during the busy morning hours and we lock it once the lessons begin. It is just a regular school for the local kids. We do not try to act like a big corporate school. There are some old trees on the grounds that give us a bit of shade in the heat. Sometimes we have to fix a leaky pipe or a broken window, but that is just part of it.
