Being based out of Hyderabad means we are always right in the middle of a very busy city. Our main way of keeping in touch with everyone is through our rediffmail account, which Laxmikanta keeps an eye on pretty much all day long. It is a bit of an older way of doing things, using that Laxmikanta_Tp email address, but it works fine for us and keeps all our messages in one single place. We spend a lot of our time typing out replies and checking on different orders from a small desk that has definitely seen better days. The office isn't anything you would see in a professional magazine. It has got stacks of papers and old folders everywhere because that is how we have always kept track of our records. Sometimes the internet connection gets a little slow, and we have to wait a bit to send out our messages, but we always get there in the end. It is just us here, making sure the Chermas Exquisite name stays reliable for the people who depend on what we do. We do not really do the whole big marketing thing or have a slick website. Most of our day is just spent checking the inbox and making sure the specific details of each request are right. It is quiet work for the most part, except for the sounds of the city traffic coming through the window. We have used this email for a long time now.
