Chartered Accountant Firm As A Team Leader

Our office is at 225 Kabra Complex on MG Road in Ranigunj, Secunderabad. It’s right in the middle of a lot of trade and business activity, which makes sense for what we do. I act as a team leader for this chartered accountant firm, meaning I spend a lot of time making sure everyone else is on track with their work. The complex is an older building, and the elevators are a bit slow, but it’s a good location for us. We handle a lot of commercial accounts because of all the shops and businesses nearby in Ranigunj. MG Road is always crowded, so getting here can take a bit of time if you aren't used to the traffic. Inside the office, things are usually a bit frantic, especially when we are closing the books for the year. We have several desks squeezed in, and there is always the sound of printers going or someone on the phone with the tax office. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary for keeping things running right. We focus on getting the work done without a lot of talking. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a difficult audit or clear a backlog of entries. The team knows the routine well by now. We’ve been at 500003 for quite a while, and the neighbors in the building all know us. It’s a practical setup for a group that just wants to do the work. We try to be organized but with all the files coming in, it is a constant battle to keep the desks clear.
