We are located right in the middle of the Old Moti Market in Esamia Bazar, Koti. If you know Hyderabad, you know that Koti is one of the busiest and oldest parts of the city. Our house number is 4-6-53, and we have been operating from here for a long time. The market outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and vendors selling all sorts of things. It is very loud and very crowded, but that is just the atmosphere of the place. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have high shelves filled with old records and books that have been there for years. The desks are made of heavy dark wood and have seen better days. We do not have air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that hum all day long. Dealing with people in the market means we have a lot of folks dropping in just to say hello or ask a quick question. We do not really have a formal reception area, you just walk in and someone will help you. Ch. Marthanda Rao & Company has deep roots in this neighborhood. We see the same faces every day and we like it that way. It can get a bit overwhelming with the heat and the noise, but we would not want to be anywhere else. It is a practical, old-school way of doing business that fits perfectly with the history of Esamia Bazar.
