Our office is on New Road in Chanchalguda. If you’re familiar with the 500024 area code, you know it's a bustling part of Hyderabad. We’ve been set up at 16-4-664 for a good bit now. It is basically just a place where we help folks figure out their jobs and careers. It’s not a big corporate space with leather chairs. We have some desks, a couple of old computers, and a lot of files. The traffic outside on New Road can get pretty loud, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to work. We usually start the day with some chai and go through the list of people we need to call. It is a lot of talking on the phone and looking at resumes. Sometimes it feels like there are more people looking for work than there are jobs, but we just keep at it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. People stop by to drop off their papers or ask about openings. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s a straightforward business. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we know the neighborhood well. After work, we usually just lock up and head home like everyone else in Chanchalguda. It’s just a regular job for us, helping other people find theirs. Nothing fancy, just daily work and a lot of phone calls.
