Our office is located in Dilsuknagar, right in the heart of Hyderabad. Even though we are UK-based, our daily life happens right here in Andhra Pradesh. We spend our days helping people figure out their next steps in their careers. It's a lot of talking, listening, and trying to understand what someone really wants to do. Dilsuknagar is a pretty packed area, so there's always something going on outside our windows. We have a small team here. We aren't interested in using big words or sounding more important than we are. We just know about jobs and how to get them. We deal with a lot of international stuff because of the UK connection, which means sometimes our hours are a bit different. It’s funny how the world works now, sitting here in Hyderabad and talking about jobs thousands of miles away. We see a lot of young people coming through our doors hoping for a break. We do our best to give them solid advice without all the fluff. The office is a bit cluttered with files and old coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we just keep plugging away day after day. Most people find us by just asking around the neighborhood because we don't do much advertising. It works for us.
