Capitalgram Marketing & Technologyprivate Limited is located on the 4th floor of Sark House. The building is in the Kondapur Village area, near Survey No 192, under the Serilingampally Mandal GHMC. It’s a busy spot in Hyderabad. Being on the 4th floor means waiting for the lift sometimes, but it’s a good space once you get up there. We work on marketing and technology stuff every day. Some of us are good with computers while others are better at talking to people. We combine those skills to get things done. The office is mostly open-plan, so we can all see each other. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on calls, but that’s just part of the job. A fancy lounge or a gym isn't something we have here. We just have our workstations and a place to eat our lunch. Staying focused on the work at hand is what we do. Kondapur is a great place to be because there is so much going on around us. New shops seem to open up all the time. Our team is a mix of different people who just enjoy their work. No big corporate goals are written on the walls. We just want to finish our work well and go home. It’s a simple, honest way to work in the tech world. We like it here because it feels real and grounded. Every day is a bit different, but we manage.
