Our office for Cadmach Machinery is in Redhills, specifically in the Shamshiri Estate building. We are in unit number 302. The address is 11-5-423, near the Lakdi-ka-pool area. This is a very central part of Hyderabad. The building is one of those older commercial estates with several floors and lots of different businesses. We are on the third floor. The elevator is a bit temperamental, so we often end up walking. Our office is small and mostly dedicated to the administrative side of the machinery business. We don't keep the big machines here, as those are handled at the factory or shipped directly to clients. Here, it’s mostly about sales, service coordination, and spare parts. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of technical manuals on the shelves. It’s a quiet place compared to the noisy junction outside. There are usually only two or three of us in the office. We spend a lot of time responding to queries and managing schedules for the technicians. We’ve been in this location for a long time. The office hasn't changed much in years. We have a small balcony that looks out over the street, but it’s usually too dusty to spend much time out there. We just focus on the practical side of keeping industrial machines running. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of office.
