B.S.V. Convent School

B.S.V. Convent School is tucked away on Plot No 156 in the Prashanth Nagar Colony. This is over in the Bandlaguda Jagir-Kismatpura area of Hyderabad. It is a growing part of the city, and we see new houses coming up all the time around us. Our school building is a regular structure that fits right into the colony. We mostly deal with kids from the immediate neighborhood. Every morning, the street gets busy with parents and the occasional school van dropping off students. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles here. We have our classrooms, some wooden desks, and a small area where we do the morning assembly. The teachers here are local people who just want to make sure the kids learn their math and English. It is a straightforward environment for everyone. We do not really do the big corporate style of running things. If a parent has an issue, they just walk into the office and talk to us directly. We try to keep the atmosphere friendly but disciplined. The kids have their uniforms and their bags, and they spend their hours doing their lessons and eating their tiffins. In the afternoons, once the final bell rings, the colony goes back to being quiet again. It has been our routine for a while now. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the children are safe while they are here.
