Brownwood Hotels And Resorts Private Limited is based out of Venkatrama Appartments in Somajiguda. We are in Flat 202, which is on the second floor of H.No.6-3-680/8. It’s an older building, but it works for what we need. Somajiguda is a central part of Hyderabad, so it's convenient for getting around, even if the parking around here is a complete nightmare sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling the daily stuff that comes with running hotels and resorts. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, really. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few old chairs and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We stay pretty focused on the work. Managing properties takes a lot of attention to detail that people don’t always see from the outside. There’s always some maintenance issue or a booking question to resolve. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in this part of Telangana because everything is close by. We don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just work out of our apartment office and get the job done. It’s a bit cramped, but it’s our space and it works for us every day.
