If you are driving down the Athapur Ring Road, you have probably passed our place near Pillar Number 101. We are right there at Mogal Ka Nala. The address is 13-6-431/5 and 6, so it is a couple of units put together to give us enough room. The traffic on the ring road is constant, and the sound of horns is just part of our everyday life. Inside the shop, it is all about the ovens. Making brioche and other baked goods is a hot job, especially in this part of Telangana. We have flour on our aprons from the moment we start until we finally lock up. It is a very simple setup. We do not have fancy decorations or anything. We just have the equipment we need and a small counter for people to talk to us. The 500006 area is where we have set up shop, and it is a good spot for us. People stop by because they are stuck in traffic or just live nearby. We do not do any big advertising. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us so far. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to save the dough, but that is just part of running a business here. We keep the place clean, but it is a working bakery, so there is always a bit of a mess somewhere. We are just regular people making bread.
