People come to us because we’ve been hanging around this part of town for a long time. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to act like we know everything. If we don't know the answer to a question about a specific property, we go and find out. The Jubilee Hills traffic can be a real headache, so we usually try to schedule our site visits early in the morning. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local offices and plenty of phone calls.
