We operate out of Rajendranagar, specifically at house number 2-3-154 in the Upperpally area of Hyderabad. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the middle of the city, which is something we actually quite like. We have been running this hotel business for a while now, focusing on making sure our guests have a decent place to stay when they arrive. It is not a polished corporate setup with fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Most of our days involve a lot of coordination with the cleaning staff and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for the day. We have had some long days here, especially when something in the building breaks down and we have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. I have spent more than a few afternoons dealing with plumbing issues or electrical things that just seem to happen out of nowhere. That is just the reality of running a small place in Telangana. We like being in Upperpally because it feels like a real community where people know each other. We are not trying to be the biggest or most famous hotel, just a reliable one where things work like they are supposed to. It is a simple life for us. We open the doors early, check the guest list, and spend the rest of our time keeping the building in good shape.
