Our office is over in Madhapur, tucked away at 1-63/1 in the Guttala Begumpet area near Shaikpet. We deal with estates and resort properties, which means our daily life involves a lot of looking at land maps and handling piles of paperwork. It is a busy part of Hyderabad to be based in, and we definitely feel that energy every time we step outside. We are a small team and we stay pretty occupied with the different projects we have on the go at any given time. Usually, you will find us sitting around the office discussing the next steps for a site or talking on the phone with various contractors. It is not always the most exciting work, as there is a lot of checking local rules and making sure all the numbers are right in our files. We have been focusing on this specific region for some time now because we know the layout of the neighborhood quite well. Sometimes we have to head out to the actual property sites to see how things are looking on the ground, but most of the time we are right here in our office space. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the documents. The building provides some nice shade during the hottest parts of the afternoon. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks that come with managing real estate and resort developments.
