The staff here is mostly local, so we speak a mix of Punjabi and English while working. It makes the day go by faster. We focus on the technical side, checking components and making sure everything aligns with the PSU standards. The building is sturdy and does the job. We often have lunch together at the small dhabas nearby. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive decor because we'd rather have better tools. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we clean up every evening. We have been part of this community for a while.
