Bevcon Wayors Pvt. Ltd. is located on the ground floor of the Kavya Deluxe Apartments in Madhurnagar. It’s a bit unusual to have an engineering office in an apartment building, but it works for us. We have converted the space into a functional workspace where we handle all the design and coordination for our conveyor systems. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to drop by, though parking in Madhurnagar can be a bit of a headache during the day. Inside, it looks like a typical busy office—lots of papers, some models of our equipment, and desks pushed together. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform; usually, the person closest to the door will just look up and ask what you need. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites all over the country, so there’s a constant hum of conversation in the background. It can get a little crowded when the whole team is in, but we like the energy. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant multinational. We are just a group of people who know a lot about moving bulk materials and we do our work from a comfortable spot in a residential neighborhood. It feels more personal that way, and our clients don't seem to mind the lack of a glass office building. We just get the layouts done and send them out.
