Our office is located at 407 Block B in the Mahalakshmi Estates complex. If you know the Nizampet Road area in Hydernagar, you’ll know it’s a very active part of Hyderabad. Being in Block B means we see a lot of the other businesses and residents coming and going every day. Sandvik Asia Ltd has been in this spot for some time. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of the city. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we’re more concerned with the actual work that needs to be handled. Sometimes the elevators in the estate can be a bit slow during the lunch rush, so we usually take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The Hyd -85 pin code area is always growing, and we’ve seen Nizampet Road get much busier since we first moved in. Inside our space, it’s just a regular office setup with computers and files everywhere. There’s a tea shop just down the road where some of us go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a straightforward environment. We deal with various industrial requirements and try to keep things organized. It’s not always quiet here, especially with the road noise, but it’s our home base. We like being in a place where there’s a bit of life around us. It feels more real than being in a secluded industrial park.
