Bekkerij Boys Llp is our small outfit based out of Sy No. 177 in Kondapur. We’ve been operating in Hyderabad for a while now, specifically in the 500084 zip code area. It’s a straightforward setup. We didn't want anything too complicated when we started. The name sounds a bit different, but we're just local guys doing the work. Our day starts way before most people are awake. The kitchen is where we spend ninety percent of our time. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we run out of space for all the trays. We try to keep things organized, but it's a busy environment. We deal with suppliers, fix the occasional leaky tap, and make sure the ovens stay hot. It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly. Being in Telangana, we get the heat, so the fans are always blowing in the back. We don't have a PR person or a fancy office. If you come by, you'll see us in our aprons, probably covered in something. We like the Kondapur area because it's got a good energy. There's always something happening on the street outside. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand. It's a regular business run by regular people. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent shop. We try to keep the bins empty and the counters wiped down. It is just a daily grind.
