Working out of Villa 188 in Indu Fortune Fields, 13th Phase, KPHB Colony has its perks. It's a quiet spot in Balanagar, Hyderabad, and we’ve been here for a bit now. Most days it’s just us handling the usual real estate paperwork and meeting people who live around here or want to move in. KPHB is always busy, but our corner in the colony stays pretty calm. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a normal office space where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office can be a bit of a headache, especially during the morning rush, but that's just part of living in Hyderabad. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood. The 500072 area has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings popping up every year. It feels like every week there’s something new happening on the street. We mostly stick to our routine, answering calls and keeping track of listings. If you walk past the villa, you might see a couple of cars parked out front. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really go for those loud advertisements or big banners. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the 13th phase. It’s been a decent journey so far. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the paperwork is in order for whoever comes through our doors.
