Bapiraju Real Estates

Our office is at 9-6-12 in Radha Krishna Nagar, over in the Borabanda area. It is a very local neighborhood with a lot of houses packed close together. We have been working from this building for quite some time now. The street can be a bit narrow, so parking a car is sometimes a struggle for our visitors. Inside, it is just a plain room with some chairs and a big table where we spread out the property documents. We don't have any big corporate signs, just a small name board so people know they have the right house. The noise of the neighborhood is always there, children playing or people selling things on the street. It makes the day go by fast. Most of the work we do at Bapiraju Real Estates involves helping people around Borabanda find a place to stay or sell their old houses. We know these streets very well because we have lived and worked here for years. We usually have a pot of tea going, and neighbors often drop in to chat about the local news. It is not a fast-paced environment, but we stay busy enough with the daily phone calls and visitors. The office gets a lot of morning sun, which makes it a bright place to sit and work through the paperwork. We usually close up early in the evening once the street lights come on.
