Our office is tucked away in Radisson Plaza over in Banjara Hills. If you know Hyderabad, you know Road No. 6 is usually pretty lively. Daaj Hotels And Resorts has been part of this area for a bit. We spend most of our time dealing with the behind-the-scenes stuff that goes into running places where people stay. It's not always glamorous. There are a lot of phone calls, emails, and meetings about maintenance or booking systems. Banjara Hills is a nice spot to work, even if the traffic can get a bit much during rush hour. We aren't a massive corporate team with fancy titles; we’re just a group of people making sure things run like they’re supposed to. Sometimes we’re dealing with resort properties further out, and other times it’s the hotels right in the city. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve, like a plumbing issue at one site or a staff shortage at another. We don't really have a big public face because most people just see the hotels themselves, not the office where the planning happens. We keep the files organized and the schedules tight. It’s a lot of coordination work. We like being in this part of town because it’s central. You can usually find one of us grabbing lunch at a nearby stall. It’s busy, but it’s steady work and we’ve been at it long enough to know the drill.
