Yvr Medivision Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 19. We are on the first floor in the Ida Balanagar area. This is primarily an industrial area, so there are many warehouses and small factories all around us. The building we are in isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular concrete structure with some metal stairs leading up to our floor. Inside, it is mostly an open space where we handle our daily business tasks. We deal with medical vision equipment, so there are almost always wooden crates and technical manuals lying around on the tables. It gets a bit dusty inside because of all the heavy industrial activity in Balanagar, but we try to keep our specific work area as clean as we can. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting behind a glass desk. Usually, one of us just looks up from our work when the door opens. The noise of the machinery coming from the other plots is just part of the background noise here. We like to start our work day early to beat the heat of the afternoon. The first floor gets a decent breeze if we leave the windows open. It is a very straightforward, working-class environment. We focus on getting the customer orders right and making sure the equipment is handled with care. There are no corporate slogans or mission statements on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a few personal notes taped to the desks. It is a simple, honest place to come to work every day.
