We are over at 13-6-434/c/143 in Maruthi Nagar, which is in the Langer House area of Hyderabad. BAIG REALTY SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a one-person operation with some help. It’s a small setup. I spend my time helping people figure out their real estate problems. Whether it's finding a new house or selling an old one, there is always something to do. Langer House is a busy place, and the market here is always shifting. I don't use any fancy talk or try to act like I’m a big-shot developer. I just know the local streets and the people who live here. My office in Maruthi Nagar is where I keep all my records. It’s not very big, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But it works for what I need. I deal with a lot of paperwork and I’m often out of the office visiting sites or meeting people at the registration office. It’s a lot of legwork. I’ve seen the 500008 area grow and change over the years. Some people come in with a lot of questions about land prices, and I just tell them what I’ve seen happening lately. I don't promise anything impossible. I just try to get the job done properly so everyone is satisfied. It’s a practical business. I’m just a local guy trying to make the property process a bit easier for my neighbors in Hyderabad. It keeps me busy enough from Monday to Saturday.
