A. G. Bioteck Laboratories India Ltd. is situated out near Bachupally Post. We are in the Kukatpally area, which is part of the R.R. District. It’s quite a distance from the main city center, so it’s a bit of a trek for some of us every morning. The area has changed a lot lately, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. Our place is a bit older, sitting in a spot that used to be mostly empty fields. Now, there’s much more traffic and noise. We have a functional space where we do our work. It’s not decorated with anything special, just the tools and papers we need for the day. We have a small break area where we keep a kettle and some biscuits. The afternoons can get pretty slow when the sun is high, so we usually take turns going for a walk or just sitting in the shade for a minute. We’re not a huge corporation with thousands of employees; we’re a smaller team that knows each other well. We talk about our families and our weekend plans while we work. The R.R. District is a big place, but Bachupally feels like its own little world. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the roads get paved and the shops open up. It’s just a regular office where we show up, do what we need to do, and then head home to our lives.
